Pilots Prime Rib Rub

The challenge was to make a blend that had no onion and no garlic but would give a prime rib roast fantastic flavor.  Challenge accepted and Challenge won!!  This is such a flavorful blend but doesn’t take away any flavor of the meat. Put it on the night before roasting, smoking or grilling and you’ll be headed back for seconds.
