Tim’s Black Market Dry Rub

This is our original and most popular blend. As a traditional dry rub, it uses raw cane sugar and our Etienne’s chili pepper blend to give it a great combination of sweet mild heat. It can be used on meat, fish and vegetables. Add it to soups, casseroles, roasting vegetables, and chili! We love it while roasting in the oven or a low and slow BBQ.
